Educated at Macalister College in Minnesota and the University of Tulane in New Orleans, Kenneth received a BGS Cum Laude in Biological Science in 1989. Concurrently, Dato' Kenneth studied and conducted scientific research under a Nobel Laureate in Medicine before working as Vice President of Product Development and Vice President of Overseas Operations for a US based furniture importer, thus attaining his solid background in research & development, manufacturing, product development and business development and has worked and lived in Malaysia since 1990. Kenneth is the founder and inventor of the Hot-Can self-heating can packaging product, he holds more than 27 patents worldwide during the course of his career.

Jim Scudder
COO

James Scudder has over 30 years of business management experience and has founded several successful entrepreneurial ventures including: Ontro Inc, which was listed on the NASDAQ small cap market, Gourmet Quality Foods, Bossco International and others. His experience includes all phases of sales, product design & development and distribution. He also has special expertise in the sales of new products to the market place. His products and inventions have been featured on NBC's The Today Show, ABC's Good Morning America, CBS, CNN, Speed Channel, Two Guys Garage and in over 500 newspapers and magazines.
James Scudder has won numerous awards, including the prestigious UCSD Connect award for Most Innovative New Product in 1999 for the Self Heating Container and he holds over 130 utility patents claims in the U.S. and in 37 foreign countries.

Julien Picot
CFO

Julien comes to Hot-Can International with extensive experience as a financial controller with the right experience to head the Financial Division. He holds a double Masters' Degree in Business and Administration majoring in Finance and Information Technology major in E-commerce.  He is married and resides in Kuala Lumpur with his family.

Jim Berntsen is a serial inventor/entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience and has founded several successful companies including Ontro Inc., which was listed on the NASDAQ small cap market. His expertise includes executive management, sales, marketing and product development. His companies and inventions have been featured on national television and in magazines. He has won numerous awards and holds over 100 utility patents claims issued in the U.S. and abroad.

Bill Fields
Non Exec director

Bill, former president and CEO of Wal-Mart Stores Division, brings to Hot Can PLC his retail expertise. Bill is also the former chairman and CEO of Blockbuster Entertainment Group, and former president and CEO of Hudson's Bay Company. He currently sits on the boards of Lexmark and VitaminSpice LLC, and is chairman and founder of Intersource Enterprises, Ltd.
